Amazing place, food was perfection. I had fried food and it wasn't greasy and the taste was spot on. I felt like I was in PR and the service was excellent. Great job!!

We stopped by on a Friday night (around 8pm) and were seated immediately. There were a lot of diners but plenty of available tables.
It did take about 25 minutes before anyone came to our table to even acknowledge us or take our drink order so I was skeptical on how this was going to turn out.
However, after looking over the menu, there were a lot of great options to choose from, so I was hopeful.
From here on in, the service by our waiter was great. He answered all of our questions, made suggestions, checked on us periodically and even refilled our drinks without us having to flag him down.
When the food arrived, the presentation was really nice and the flavors were on point! Tastes just like home cooking. We ordered: Arroz con gandules and carne frita, Steak with onions and tostones and the Chuleta Kan Kan with white rice and pink beans and a coconut tres leches cake for dessert. We also had a piña colada.
We will definitely be back to try other menu items soon. -

As for the food, it's not bad. My experience and review is based on service and an issue that one month later had yet to be resolved or acknowledged my upper management.
I have family but personally don't live in Orlando, I live in Indiana where there are ZERO Latin American restaurants within 100 miles (except Mexican) so when I visit orlando I like to eat as much Latin American food as I can.
I was craving a mofongo and was close to Pal Campo Restaurant so I decided to order a churrasco with a side of mofongo to pick up on my way "home" from the theme parks. What I received was fried chicken with arroz con gandules and dry fried sweet plantain.
It was my mistake for not checking before I left. When I called to inform of my issue I was told I could come back and they would replace it.
I was on my way to the airport and was already 30 mins away so there was no way I was turning around. I asked for a refund. The man I spoke to said I would receive a call the next day. I never did. I called back the next day and was told that the person in charge of a refund like this was out for the week but they were aware of the issue and to email the person in charge and they would look into it for a refund. I never received an email back and one month later, still no refund.
I will not return nor recommend this place. -

Went there Saturday at 7. They said 1.5 hour wait but we got a table in less than 30 minutes. Around 8pm, there was live salsa music with a good singer. Our group enjoyed themselves. The bistec with onion was kind of fatty. The mofongo chicken with garlic sauce was the best mofongo I've had in long time.
The pork chops regular order came with multiple chops and they were good.
The sangria was excellent to me. Not overly sweet, medium strong, not watered down. -

I visited Orlando from Southern California. I am originally from New York and really missed Puerto Rican restaurants that I frequented back in NY. I asked around my hotel concierge where was a great place to eat Puerto Rican food in the Orlando area. This restaurant was recommended. I am so glad we went to check it out. I got my Puerto Rican food fix at this place
